What governance looks like in practice.

We operate as your outsourced Chief Brand Officer. We’re not an agency executing tasks or a freelancer filling requests. Our role is architectural: we protect the story infrastructure you've built and make sure every new activity strengthens it rather than dilutes it.

Our work each month might involve reviewing and refreshing website copy to reflect a new service, reviewing and tightening a sales deck, preparing you or a member of your team for a podcast or speaking engagement, evaluating a marketing investment against your brand strategy, or producing articles, scripts, podcasts, or other content to best express your new POV and Story Leadership in the market.

Our specific work varies, but the governance rhythm doesn't.

The monthly structure.

Every month includes a dedicated 60 to 90-minute brand governance session, which is a structured conversation where we review what's changed, what's coming, and where your brand story needs attention.

Between sessions, you have direct access for reviews, gut checks, and quick decisions that can't wait for the next scheduled call.

At the close of each session, we produce a brief Brand Activity Summary. This is a short document capturing what was reviewed, what changed, and what we're prioritizing in the next 30 days. This way, your vendors, internal team, and new hires all work from the same current picture.

Quarterly, we step back for a broader brand health review. We develop a structured assessment of how your brand story is holding across channels, teams, and new activity since the Story OS™ was installed.
