Brand Story Workshop
Your Brand Story Workshop builds the core foundation for all of your brand messaging. The output is your Brand Storybook containing specific brand messages for each of your core stakeholders. This forms the platform for your Story Operating System so you are always on brand in your marketing activities.
Process
We conduct a two-hour Brand Story Workshop with your executive team (up to four people) to discover and understand your brand and its impact on your brand ecosystem. We will look for what differentiates your brand, what makes it shine, and how that should be emphasized to your core stakeholders.
Where possible, we interview representative customers or partners (up to three people) for their unique and untainted perspective on your brand and what it represents to them.
We then develop your Brand Storybook document containing your core refreshed brand messaging in one place:
Why – Your brand’s core category and positioning statement.
How – Your brand’s differentiation in its process, production, people, and products or services.
What – Clean descriptions of exactly what your brand delivers through its products and services.
