Every engagement begins here. A half-day working session with you and your key brand leaders, including sales and marketing, conducted in person or remotely.
We listen between the lines for the story your firm has been telling inconsistently and begin building the one it should be telling on purpose.

Delivered approximately two weeks after the workshop, the Brand Storybook is the documented narrative architecture of your firm.
It contains your Category of One description and positioning statement; your About Us statement with breakouts for different audiences, including clients, prospects, potential hires, and partners; your service or product descriptions written from your brand story rather than a feature list; your elevator pitch; and your news release boilerplate.
We review, revise, and approve it together before it becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

What the 60 days look like.
We do the heavy lifting. Your time commitment across the full engagement is roughly 10 to 12 hours that are structured, purposeful, and never wasted.
Here is how those hours are spent:
The engagement opens with the half-day Brand Story Workshop. This is our intensive session together and the one that generates the raw material for everything that follows.
From there, we conduct individual 20-minute conversations with two or three of your key leaders or subject matter experts to capture the perspectives, expertise, and owned language that only live inside the organization. Where it makes sense, we also conduct brief conversations with current clients to hear how they are describing you now and where perceptions need to be changed.
Throughout the 60 days, we check in regularly to share progress, ask questions, and surface decisions that require your input. The engagement closes with a 90-minute Brand Storybook presentation — a working session where we walk through every deliverable together, refine what needs refining, and confirm the architecture before it becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
